1998 Jacksonville Hempfest (Jax Beach):
Ruling Granting injunctive relief against Jacksonville Beach June 25th,1998.
1995 Gainesville Hempfest:
Ruling from the US11th Circuit Ct of Appeals over the 5 year US Federal Court Battle with the city of Gainesville. Issued October 24th, 2000. This made case law in 3 states.
